It doesn't seem possible that it was over 35 years ago that we first saw this movie-opera. Even more astounding is that the same Actor-singer, Ted Neeley is still doing the lead role as Jesus. All the characters did well in this performance, but, as in the movie, my vote for the most outstanding character and singer goes to the singing-acting of James Delisco as Judas.

It was more like 35 years ago! I remember it well. I was very enthralled with the soundtrack.
And as I recall, you were less than enthralled with my being enthralled. "Blasphemous!"
Simple arithmetic simply gets harder as one ages...
